Covenant Child Academy Inspires at the Lagos STEM Festival 2026

Celebrating Innovation, Creativity, and Future-Ready Learning

Covenant Child Academy proudly participated in the Lagos STEM Festival 2026, joining thousands of young innovators, educators, technology enthusiasts, and industry leaders in one of Africa’s premier celebrations of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) education.

Held at the Landmark Event Centre in Lagos, the festival brought together schools from across the country to expose students to practical, hands-on learning experiences in robotics, coding, engineering, artificial intelligence, digital creativity, and emerging technologies. The 2026 edition, themed “Building Future Innovators,” emphasized the importance of preparing today’s learners with the skills needed to solve tomorrow’s challenges through innovation and critical thinking.

Learning Beyond the Classroom

For our learners, the STEM Festival was far more than an exhibition—it was an immersive educational experience. Students explored interactive technology displays, participated in engaging STEM activities, observed cutting-edge innovations, and interacted with professionals who are shaping the future of science and technology.

The event encouraged curiosity, collaboration, creative problem-solving, and analytical thinking—qualities that Covenant Child Academy intentionally nurtures through its academic programmes.

A Commitment to Future-Ready Education

At Covenant Child Academy, we believe that education should equip learners not only with knowledge but also with the ability to innovate, create, and lead in an increasingly technology-driven world.

Our participation in the Lagos STEM Festival reflects our commitment to providing meaningful learning opportunities that extend beyond the traditional classroom. By exposing students to real-world applications of STEM, we help them develop confidence, resilience, and the practical skills needed to thrive in the careers of tomorrow.

Whether through coding, robotics, engineering challenges, scientific experimentation, or digital innovation, our learners are continually encouraged to think critically, ask bold questions, and develop solutions that can positively impact their communities.

Inspiring the Next Generation of Innovators

The festival reinforced the growing importance of experiential learning in preparing young people for the future. Across the venue, students collaborated, experimented, built prototypes, explored emerging technologies, and discovered how STEM can be used to address real-world challenges.

Witnessing young innovators showcase their creativity and passion was both inspiring and motivating, reminding us that the future belongs to learners who are equipped with the right mindset, skills, and opportunities.

Looking Ahead

Covenant Child Academy remains dedicated to creating an environment where innovation flourishes and every learner is empowered to reach their fullest potential.

Our experience at the Lagos STEM Festival strengthens our resolve to continue integrating technology, creativity, and hands-on learning into everyday education, ensuring our students are not only academically excellent but also prepared to become the scientists, engineers, entrepreneurs, inventors, and leaders of tomorrow.

We are proud of our learners for representing Covenant Child Academy with enthusiasm, curiosity, and excellence, and we look forward to many more opportunities that inspire them to dream bigger, explore further, and shape the future.
