Transformative Leadership Training by former Lagos State Commissioner for Education, Folasade Adefisayo

The former Lagos State Commissioner for Education, Folasade Adefisayo, facilitated a leadership training session for senior staff members of Covenant Child Academy on Saturday, 28th March 2026.

The session, led by Mrs. Adefisayo, provided valuable insights into effective leadership, with emphasis on vision, integrity, resilience, and service. In her welcome address, the Project Director, Dr. Mrs. Delight Olise, expressed appreciation for the facilitator’s presence and commended her significant contributions to the education sector.

Mrs. Adefisayo also praised Covenant Child Academy as a center of excellence and a model of quality education. The training concluded with participants gaining practical knowledge to enhance their leadership capacity.
