Lagos State former Commissioner for Education visits CCA

Covenant Child Academy, Lekki Campus, recently had the honour of hosting the Immediate Past Commissioner for Education in Lagos State, Folasade Adefisayo, during a special visit to the school.

Upon her arrival, Mrs. Adefisayo was warmly received by the Project Director, Delight Olise, alongside members of the School Senior Management Team, PTA Executives, staff members, and enthusiastic learners who gathered to welcome the distinguished guest.

During her interaction with the school community, Mrs. Adefisayo commended the Project Director and the entire management of Covenant Child Academy for the remarkable strides the institution has made in delivering education that aligns with global standards. She also expressed admiration for the school’s strong commitment to excellence and the impressive, state-of-the-art facilities that support effective teaching and learning.

In her remarks, Dr. (Mrs.) Delight Olise expressed sincere appreciation to Mrs. Adefisayo for her exemplary leadership and unwavering support for schools across Lagos State. She particularly acknowledged the pivotal role the former Commissioner played during the challenging period of the COVID-19 pandemic, noting that her policies and guidance greatly assisted Covenant Child Academy in navigating the period successfully while maintaining academic continuity.

The PTA Executives also conveyed their gratitude. The Chairperson and the Public Relations Officer thanked Mrs. Adefisayo for taking time out of her busy schedule to visit the campus, emphasizing that her presence serves as a source of encouragement and further strengthens the important role Covenant Child Academy continues to play in advancing quality education.
